Do you have any physical stores or just an online shop?

Do we need to sign for delivery?

You don't need to sign or even be present for the delivery of your order.

Where do you ship products from?

We ship from our warehouses in the USA, England, Singapore, or China. We work directly with reliable suppliers worldwide, enabling us to pass our savings directly to our customers and offer exceptional products at highly competitive prices.

We sample each item and even visit factories to ensure the best quality and sustainable practices.

How long before my product is shipped?

It will take 2-3 business days before your product is shipped.

What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?

Depending on your location, delivery can take between 7 to 30 days. Rest assured, we will send you your tracking number once it's shipped.

How to return and replace my item?

We strongly believe in the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer a risk-free 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs).

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us, and we will refund your money or exchange your product (the choice is yours) within 30 days, no questions asked.

Where is my order confirmation?

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

Most items are processed within 6 to 8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours.
